A strange asteroid crashes into the ocean and mutates a very popular mascot fish into a giant monster. The company that uses the mascot takes full responsibility and attempts to stop the beast, but the CEO is taken over by an alien force. The Quex-Seijin uses the CEO to tell the world that they are tired of hearing broadcasts in space about the fish character and want to punish the planet.
