A strange helmet is discovered in a subway tunnel, from an unknown empire. When someone wears the helmet, it drives them mad until they attack a victim and 'combine' with them into a stronger creature. As the helmet-wearing creature keeps combining and getting more dangerous, the defence patrol manages to remove the helmet from the beast. The helmet then grows its own head and turns into the kaiju Nokorexu
