When a large aquarium's creatures become psychically powerful, they float into the air and overrun the city as a new species of aerial sealife. When the defence forces try to stop the creatures, the kaiju Ninpos arrives to wreak havoc.

Beam Control: can bend body and redirect energy beam attacks against the attackers
Aqua Brain: mind controls the aerial sealife to give them more power
Jet Attack: can fly like a jet to cause supersonic damage
