A strange creature that feeds off of the energy from unfinished projects, Ketlin grows larger with each stalled, forgotten or mismanaged project. When it reaches full power, the kaiju will freeze the entire planet so it cannot spin.
ABILITIES:
Spectral Form: can become ghost-like when near buildings
Haunting Gasp: emits creepy sound that causes pain to incompetent executives
Flatten: morphs low to ground into a large flat version of itself, and its tentacles feet grow to ensnare many buildings at once
