Haipechura appears on each planet every 1000 years and simultaneously attacks them. He is leftover from an ancient time when the universe itself needed creatures to occasionally 'clean up' and 'reset' the planets.
ABILITIES:
Ultra Projection: can exist on every planet in universe at same time
Devastation Beams: the twin antennae emit fierce beams that ravage a world
Ultra Slide: can land on ground then slide quickly to charge or trip opponents
