ORIGIN:
A kaiju that descends from a mysterious parting of the clouds, Q-Mara arrives to stop battles between monsters, and using its Heaven's Judge power, manifests a massive courtroom-like chamber. It is one the few remaining Heaven's Admirals that are created to keep Universal Balance.
ABILITIES:

Destiny Finger: can point any of it's three 'fingers' to someone and manipulate their movements
